My journey as a spiritual director has grown out of my passion for spiritual formation, inner healing, and emotional health. I desire to walk alongside men and women of all ages and backgrounds in their spiritual journey to encounter the deep love of God and live from a place of intimacy in Christ. 

The Enneagram has been a helpful tool for my own self-knowledge and journey of knowing God, personal transformation, and walking in my true identity as the beloved.

Over the years, I have served in various ways such as speaking at retreats for women and church leadership, teaching Bible studies, leading homeschool fellowship groups, and leading small groups for listening and group spiritual direction. 

I received my Certificate of Spiritual Direction from North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. My husband and I have six grown children and now live outside of Chicago with our dog, Max. I love to take long walks in creation, read, and have deep conversations with family and friends over a good meal.
