Jesus taught his followers to pray words that have the power to read our hearts as well as guide us into the Father's heart. Authentically praying the Lord's Prayer pulls us out of heady words and wishful fantasies into the marrow of Kingdom reality. Praying this prayer can unmask our illusions, crack us wide open to God and leave nothing in our lives untouched.

Take time to pray and rest in our Father's love as we contemplate the invitations of praying the Lord's model prayer given to us.
Come, rest, and receive all God is longing to pour out in this season as you savor being a beloved son or daughter.
Every retreat is unique, and people attest to finding the Lord meets them in new ways each time. Expect to encounter our Father's heart in a special way!
Our retreat will include:
- Worship
- Scripture meditations for reflective contemplation and journaling
- Times of silence and solitude as well as optional fellowship and sharing.
24-HOUR retreatants can check in as early as 2 pm on Friday to explore the beautiful grounds and we will begin at 3 pm with a brief orientation. We will conclude our retreat by 4:30 pm on Saturday
DAY-LONG retreatants will begin at 8:30 am on Saturday and conclude by 4:30 pm with all retreatants.
Bishop Lane Retreat Center offers a private room and bath for the 24-hour retreatants. Nestled in over 200 acres of beautifully landscaped and wooded areas, it's a great setting for respite from the demands of everyday life. It’s not unusual to see deer, wild turkey, and other wildlife as one enjoys a walk through the picturesque, landscaped grounds, or while quietly reflecting.
Both men and women are welcome!
24 HOUR RETREAT: $180
DAY LONG RETREAT: $75
